What Scan2Tray does
Scan2Tray captures each sale as it happens and prints a tray label so the item goes straight into the buyer's bin, instead of being reconciled from a CSV the next morning. It has a free plan you can pack real shows on before paying.
It is a fulfilment tool. It will not tell you anything about your sales or anyone else's, and it is not trying to.
What Ghost Agent does
Ghost Agent watches a live show as it happens, on your handle or a rival's, and reads chat velocity, room turnover, auction pacing and who just walked in. When momentum breaks it tells you what to do while the show is still savable. It alerts you when a known high spender enters your room, keeps a price book for your category built from what is actually clearing across the platform, and writes the post-show report with three concrete changes for next time.
It covers Whatnot, TikTok Live, eBay Live and Fanatics Live and tracks competitor shows across all of them. It is also the most expensive tool in this set, and it is wasted on a seller who goes live once a month.
When Scan2Tray is the better pick
Your pain is the two hours after the show, matching items to buyers. Scan2Tray removes that and has a free plan to prove it on.
When Ghost Agent is the better pick
Your pain is during the show. Scan2Tray and Ghost Agent do not compete; many sellers would run one for the packing table and the other for the second screen.
