Requesting deletion of your data

You can ask us to delete the personal data Ghost Agent holds about you at any time. To make a request, email hello@ghostagent.ai from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Data deletion request”.

We will confirm receipt, verify the request comes from the account owner, and remove your personal data within 30 days. Once processing is complete we'll reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

When we process a deletion request, we remove:

• Your account and profile details.
• The watch lists and handles you added.
• The reports and captured livestream signals tied to your account.
• Billing contact details, except the limited transaction records we are required to retain for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.

Ghost Agent only observes public TikTok, Whatnot and eBay Live livestream broadcasts, so a deletion request removes the data associated with your account. Aggregated, de-identified market records derived from public broadcasts are not tied to any account and are retained as described in our Privacy Policy. If you signed in with Facebook

If you connected Ghost Agent through Facebook, you can also start a deletion by removing the Ghost Agent app from your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites. Facebook notifies us, we process the removal, and you'll be shown a confirmation code and status page for your records.
