Questions
Does it need my laptop or phone during a show?
No. It talks to Ghost Agent over Wi-Fi on its own. Close the laptop, put the phone face down, it keeps going.
What if a whale walks in and I am mid-sentence?
It holds the alert for 30 seconds or until you press the middle button, and it will not fire again for the same whale that show.
Will my audience see it on stream?
Only if you point it at the camera. Many sellers do, because "what is that light" is a great chat moment. Quiet hours and a brightness setting are there if you would rather it stay subtle.
Does it work on Starter?
Yes. Live GMV, sale pulse, milestones, rivals going live, hot asks, capture health, report ready and the clock all work. Whale alerts are a Pro and Growth feature, so on Starter the Ghost Light shows that a whale is in the room without the name.
Is the one-time purchase refundable?
No, and we say so at checkout. A unit that arrives dead or fails in the first 30 days is replaced. Upgrade to Growth within 90 days and the full price is credited to your first Growth month.
What happens to it if I cancel?
It is yours. The live moments go dark, and it keeps working as a clock with a small reminder that it is waiting for you.
What does it need to connect?
A 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network with a normal password. Captive-portal networks, like some hotels, will not work.
Can I get one for a second room?
Yes, a second unit is $99 on any plan. Each unit has its own name and settings in your account.
